option for a selected range of flokati bundles!

What does this mean and how does it work?

Our flokati bundles are extremely popular and we know that even though these bundles are discounted, it is a "big" financial investment to pay out €298+ plus shipping in one go and wait long weeks until their order is boxed up.
With this new partial payment option we hope to help our customers to optimize their finances by paying for their bundle(s) over 2 months [50% (plus shipping) + 50% balance].

Important: this special payment option is only valid for the 110x110cm (3.6x3.6') and 120x150cm (4x5') bundle of 3, 4, 5 and 6 rugs.

We created a separate listing where you can place your order by paying 50% of the selected bundle plus shipping. 30 days later we will send a separate draft order from our webshop to pay the balance of 50%. After receiving your draft order/invoice will have strictly 48 hours to pay. Shipment will only take place when the order is paid in FULL. If you don't pay in 48 hours, you fail to inform us about the reason for not paying or the possible delay we reserve the right to cancel your order. A penalty fee may be charged if you fail to respond to our payment reminder email. 

Which bundles are included?
ONLY 110x110cm (3.6x3.6') and 120x150cm (4x5') bundle of 3, 4, 5 and 6 rugs!
This option was created specially for the long production time pre-order bundles.

Cancellation/refunds if you change your mind:
It is very important for our customers to understand that by choosing this option your order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. No money will be refunded BUT you are entitled to receive a shop credit for the exact same amount your order values. The shop credit will have no expiry date.

Cancellation/refunds if you don't pay the balance in time:
If the 50% balance is not paid within the requested 48 hour window, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Penalty fee of 5% will be charged from the shop credit if you fail to respond to our reminder email. This is necessary to cover our cost of extra manual work that goes into offering this option.

Please don't forget: your order will only ship if the payment is made in FULL!
